Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a refund, less a $10 fee per cancelled campsite and applicable credit card processing fees (5%).

Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will result in 25% of the total value of the cancelled reservation being non-refundable.

Cancellations made within 72 hours (3 days) of the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable.

Reservations with a total value of $1,000 or more are subject to a minimum 25% non-refundable amount, regardless of cancellation timing.
