Acceptance of Terms
By making a reservation or using this website, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book a campsite.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation. By booking, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Reservations & Payment
All reservations are processed through Stripe. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. Reservations are subject to availability and the current season dates posted on our website.
Pending reservations that are not completed within 35 minutes will be automatically cancelled.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 7+ days before check-in: Full refund minus $10 per site and 5% processing fee.
- 3 to 7 days before check-in: 75% refund. 25% is non-refundable.
- Less than 3 days before check-in: Non-refundable.

Campground Rules
All guests must follow campground rules during their stay, including quiet hours, fire safety, pet policies, and waste disposal. Failure to follow the rules may result in removal from the campground without refund.

Liability
Stoney Park Campgrounds is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property. Guests camp at their own risk. The campground is not liable for injuries, accidents, or incidents that occur on the property.
Fire Bans
Fire bans may be issued by Alberta Wildfire at any time. When a fire ban is active, all open fires including campfires are prohibited. The campground is not responsible for fire bans and no refunds will be issued due to fire ban restrictions.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
